Our past experiences include completing a wide diversity of projects from specialist research and results analysis reports - such as the full, final report for the Tri-Nations Summit on Small and Medium business Enterprises for South Africa, Brazil and India in Durban 2006 or involved in support infrastructure for Médicins Sans Frontières during war years in Southern Africa, or four years working for the private offices of the Sultan of Oman (projects included automated dairy herd registers, Arabian horse bloodline registers, the palace aircraft maintenance schedules including fixed wing and rotary for Civil Aviation protocols) - to projects as diverse as that for the WSSD Global Conference of 2002 for the City of Johannesburg (two projects with a combined budget of R4.5 million - project managing the largest outdoor art gallery in the world "Joburg Art City" and designing and implementing two cost effective ways of cleaning inner city rivers and waterways through a "peoples hands-on methodology"); the more recent global World Petroleum Conference 2005; recommendation for best-of-breed for Public Information Dissemination for the Johannesburg Tourism Company (City of Johannesburg).
Additionally, skills development for the events industry has resulted in close contact with South African events Industry supporters at Walter Sisulu University, Cape Peninsula University, University of Johannesburg and Cape Town University on events related qualifications and internationally with the largest Events and Business Tourism related association globally, Meeting Professionals International (MPI) Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Our knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources have been garnered from years of personal skills development with a BSc. Honours, and MBA and now the first Southern African post graduate diploma for the business of Events (University of Cape Town 2008) developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining these over time.
